Do I need my own texting, voice, and email accounts?
Yes. You own every account Nikki runs through: your phone number, your voice AI agent, your sending domain, your calendar. We handle the technical setup and you keep the keys, so nothing about your sending reputation or client relationships ever sits on a shared account.
What happens when a lead replies?

Does Nikki work on phone calls, or just text and email?
